I began my career as a litigator with Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon. At Wildman, I handled a wide array of cases including commercial, RICO, employment discrimination, breach of contract, products liability, white collar, insurance coverage and negligence actions. I also was given the opportunity to try two cases and handle my own caseload. While practicing at Wildman, I became a Member of the firms Hiring Committee. In time, I found that I enjoyed recruiting for the firm more than practicing law. I had the good fortune to meet Teri Zenner in 1991, and I joined Zenner Consulting Group in June of that year. This past June marked my 16th year with the company. Joining Zenner Consulting was one of the smartest decisions that I have ever made in my life. Every day I have the opportunity to work with bright people in a collaborative manner. I view myself as a facilitator whose role it is to help a process go forward to the extent that it should. My goal is to make the right fit. I have been fortunate to have had countless opportunities to help companies and law firms find attorneys that added value to their businesses and I have helped candidates find working environments that enriched their lives and practices. |
